Filling station consisting of a DANA api MATIC 2000+ with a turntable, manual capper, and cap dispenser.
Designed for efficient work, it is ideal for avoiding unnecessary steps and movements and wasting time.
The innovative design allows the filling station to continuously adapt to different heights of glass jars.
The height of the workstation is adjustable up to 10 cm.
Additional side surfaces allow for a large number of jars waiting to be filled at the same time.
This means that, as needed, one or two employees can easily and efficiently carry out the entire filling and capping process.
This filling machine (DANA api MATIC 2000 packaging machine) is equipped with a pump gear made of food-grade plastic.
The capper is very easy to use; simply place the jar filled with honey and place the cap on top. Operate the capper, which turns and tightens.
The capping torque can be adjusted from 0.1 to 10 Nm.
The cap dispenser is a simple container for manually loading and unloading caps, saving time and, above all, making them more convenient.
