This cap picking machine is used in conjunction with a capping machine for automatic jar capping. The sorter is connected to the capping machine and orients and feeds the caps correctly for their application.
It is capable of picking and sorting different types of caps (plastic, metal, screw-on, and twist-off) so that they are in the correct position. It incorporates a sensor that puts the machine into standby mode when the buffer is full of caps.
The equipment adjusts to various cap diameters, from Ø42 to Ø90 mm , and can work with plastic and metal caps.
