A stainless steel rotary table with electronic control is adaptable to Swienty packaging machines, including the DANA Api Matic 2000 model.
If you already have a DANA Api Matic 2000+ filling machine, you can upgrade it to a filling station with this turntable.
The platform features a stainless steel tabletop. It also has a railing that divides it into two sections: one for feeding and the other for collecting.
Empty jars are placed on the table and automatically transported to a filling machine. Once the wire switch touches the jar, the table stops, and the filling machine begins filling it. Once filled, the table rotates again until the next jar reaches the wire switch. The rail is easily adjusted to fit different jar sizes.
On this unit, the filling machine can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically to accommodate different jar sizes.

The table is designed to operate automatically, incorporating an optical photocell that detects and stops rotation at the exact moment the jar is positioned in the optimal position for packaging.
It adapts to different jar diameters and heights. The table has a feed zone where the jars are placed, and when they rotate, they are guided to the packaging machine.
It has a diameter of 100 cm, a working height of approximately 83 centimeters, and height adjustments between 82 and 95 mm.
