This machine produces, from liquid beeswax, smooth endless sheets of wax, with widths between 360 and 550 mm depending on the size of the machine, and thicknesses between 2.0 and 5 mm.
The size of the machine should be chosen in such a way that the width of the wax sheet is about 2-3 cm less than the length of the rollers of the honeycomb printer and about 2-3 cm greater than double or triple the width. of the combs that you want to produce.
The wax sheet is rolled on removable rolls.
When the weight of the rolls reaches approximately 20-30 kg, they can be removed from the machine without interrupting its operation, being replaced by other empty ones.
Alternatively a continuous operation is possible in which the foil passes directly to the semi-automatic press. The machines are supplied without a cast iron boiler.
If necessary, boilers with a content of 180-500 liters can be supplied.
Cooling water is required to operate the machine.
