This machine makes it possible to manufacture wax sheets in a single casting process.
The liquid wax is led to the machine from an electrically heated and insulated triple-wall boiler with a capacity of 160 kg, through an inlet boiler also electrically heated and with automatic level regulation.
Between the water-cooled rollers, the wax hardens into a wide strip that is trimmed across the width and length on the integrated cutter.
Depending on the size of the machine, one to three or more intermediate wall strips can be cut.
Width adjustment is done by sliding the circular blade, and the length of the wall can be chosen on a digital display. The production speed can be precisely regulated at will. Once cut, the intermediate walls are stacked on the stacker. The stacker stepping motor, electrically driven, allows the exact adaptation of the tray to the chosen thickness of the intermediate wall, so that up to 20 kg of stacked walls can be removed without manual intervention and without interrupting operation.
Adjustment and control of parameters such as length and temperature is done using the digital displays on the rotary control panel installed on the stacker.
The default size of the cells in the rollers is 5.4 mm, according to a density of about 800 cells per dm2. With a surcharge in the price, cells of any size between 4.8 mm and 5.6 mm can be prepared.
