Machine formed by two stampers superimposed one in front of the other and manufactured with a silicone matrix with a standard cell size of 5.4mm.
With a stainless steel tank frame, standing out for being rotatable (180 degrees) on an axis that cools one or the other face according to which we have in the water, remaining the opposite to the air.

In this way it allows stamping in a very fast and simple way without downtime.
As the bottom sheet cools, you may be working on the top sheet and so on.

With this double stamping machine we can laminate up to 120 sheets per hour with practice.
From time to time you have to change the water in the tank for new cold water, the housing has a hose to drain the old water.
Available in Langstroth 42x20cm formats.

How to use:
Pour the liquid beeswax into the open mold with the fighter and close it by pressing slightly to its closed position.
Rotate the mold 180 degrees and a second mold the new unused mold that was on the bottom will be on top.
Open the mold and pour in new virgin wax again.
Repeat successively.
