Orange silicone stamping machine for making wax sheets. It stands out because it has a cooling circuit inside with water inlet and outlet pipes. It measures 420 x 270 millimeters, suitable for making Dadant and Langstroth sheets.
This mold is designed to facilitate and reduce the cost of home honeycomb production using your own beeswax. It is ideal for organic beekeeping and requires no special tools or conditions for use.
With this mold, you can make your wax sheets in small quantities with minimal investment.
Made of non-stick silicone material,
the molding and demolding process is easy to learn and perform.

How to use:

1. Place the mold on a flat surface.
2. Connect two hoses for water circulation from a container (minimum 50 liters) with a submersible pump, that is, one for delivery and one for output.
3. Keep the water temperature between 23°C and 32°C. If the temperature is low, the combs may crack; if it's high, add cold water.
4. Before pouring the wax, spray the mold and metal parts with a release agent (for example, water with neutral soap).
5. Pour the molten wax into the mold, cover it with the top plate, and smooth lightly to remove any excess.
6. Carefully remove the top of the mold and take out the finished sheet.

Recommendations:

• Clean off any wax residue during the process.
• You can even use two or three molds connected to the same installation.
• The mold includes connections for 12 mm flexible hose.
• Minimum recommended water pump of about 500 liters per hour, not included.

Important:

The wax must be sterilized for 30 minutes at 125°C and cooled to 65-72°C before pouring into the mold.
