Ripener made of stainless steel plate with a capacity of 400 kilos.
With heated bottom, water bath at 750W-220v with automatic thermostat from 0 to 90ºC.
With red plastic valve of an inch and a half (1 1/2 ").
Water capacity in the resistance compartment between 18 and 20 liters up to the level.
Support and filter not included.

How to use:
  • Fill with water through the filling valve until the overflow level outlet.
  • Connect to the 220V network.
  • Adjust the temperature with a water thermostat.
