Professional ripener made of 1.5 millimeter thick stainless steel sheet of 1000 kilos capacity.
With double chamber and heated bottom, 2000W-220v water bath with automatic thermostat from 0 to 90ºC.
With two-inch (2 ") valve.
Water capacity in the resistance compartment until the level is complete.
Support and filter not included.

How to use:
  • Fill with water through the filling valve until the overflow level outlet.
  • Connect to the 220V network.
  • Adjust the temperature with a water thermostat.
