Lyson's double-walled, insulated, heated ripener is made of high-quality stainless steel with a honey capacity of 140 kilograms (100 liters volume). The silicone seal ensures honey is protected from moisture absorption and external contamination. The new
premium ripener model is tailored to the diverse needs of beekeepers, ensuring effective and safe storage at every stage of production.
It features PVC-coated handles, a silicone gasket, and lid locks.
The valve is threaded into a 1.5-inch steel sleeve welded to the body of the ripener.
Heated at 230 volts and with a power of 440 W, it features a continuously adjustable thermostat and digital control from 30°C to 55°C. It is especially recommended to maintain the appropriate temperature at 42°C to preserve the honey's valuable properties and allow it to return to its liquid state.
The conical bottom facilitates subsequent honey decanting. This feature also helps keep the device clean.
