The LYSON Premium 500 liter heated honey ripening tank is a professional tank designed to store, decant, condition and transfer large quantities of honey in extraction rooms, beekeeping workshops and packaging lines.
Its capacity allows it to store approximately 700 kg of honey , making it especially suitable for professional beekeeping operations that need to centralize the harvest before filtering, homogenization or packaging.
During resting, small particles of wax, capping remains and air bubbles rise to the surface, facilitating the natural clarification of the honey and its subsequent cleaning before packaging.
The tank is made of acid-resistant stainless steel , a hygienic, durable material suitable for working with food products. The exterior surface is mechanically polished to maintain a professional finish and facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
Its conical bottom directs the honey towards the lower outlet, allowing the tank to be emptied more completely and reducing the amount of product that remains inside.
The heating jacket helps keep the honey fluid, accelerates its clarification, and allows working with dense or partially crystallized honeys. The HC-01 electronic controller allows temperature regulation between 30 and 55 °C.
The controller also incorporates a programmable timer between 3 and 99 hours , which allows the operating time of the heating system to be set according to the needs of each process.
The ripening tank includes a 2-inch stainless steel ball valve with hose outlet connection, suitable for high-flow transfers to pumps, filters, mixers, dosing machines, or other containers.
The reinforced integrated support keeps the tank elevated and stable, leaving space under the valve for placing containers or connecting other equipment. The lower structure is reinforced with a cross brace to safely support the weight of a full tank.
The stainless steel lid incorporates a gasket and safety locks, protecting the honey from dust and other contaminants during storage and decanting.
