The tank is made of acid-resistant, food-grade stainless steel . This material provides high corrosion resistance, facilitates cleaning, and allows for maintaining proper hygienic conditions during honey storage and handling.
Its conical bottom directs the honey towards the lower outlet, allowing for more complete emptying of the container. This design reduces the amount of product retained inside, minimizes losses, and facilitates both transfer and subsequent cleaning.
The unit incorporates an integrated and reinforced support , made of 3 mm thick steel sheet and strengthened with a cross brace. This structure provides a stable base for safe operation, even when the tank is completely full.
The transparent plexiglass lid allows you to observe the mixing process without opening the tank. It is mounted on four hinges and has a stainless steel knob for easy handling.
As a safety measure, the unit incorporates a limit switch that automatically stops the motor when the lid is lifted. This prevents the agitator from operating with the inside of the tank accessible.
The bottom outlet is equipped with a 2-inch stainless steel ball valve . The outlet fitting, with an outer diameter of 60 mm, allows for the connection of a hose to conveniently transfer the honey to a pump, dispenser, ripening tank, or packaging container.
