The LYSON 500-liter honey storage tank with agitator and heating jacket is designed for the storage, controlled heating, and homogenization of large quantities of honey. Its approximate capacity of up to 700 kg makes it a professional solution for beekeeping operations, cooperatives, and extraction facilities with high production volumes.

It is made of acid-resistant stainless steel , a durable material suitable for working with honey. The exterior surface is mechanically polished to maintain a professional finish and facilitate routine cleaning and maintenance.

The heating jacket allows you to regulate the temperature between 30 and 55 °C using the HC-01 controller. Controlled heating helps keep the honey fluid, facilitates handling, and makes emptying and packaging easier by preventing the application of excessive temperatures.

The agitator is powered by a 0.55 kW electric motor and allows for even mixing of the honey. It is especially useful for homogenizing different batches, distributing the temperature evenly, and maintaining a uniform consistency before packaging.

Its conical bottom directs the honey towards the outlet, allowing for better use of the tank's contents and reducing the amount of product retained inside. Discharge is via a 2-inch ball valve equipped with a spigot-type fitting.

The unit incorporates an integrated stainless steel support , reinforced to provide stability during filling, mixing, and emptying. The height of the assembly allows for the placement of containers or the connection of other processing equipment below the outlet valve.

The tight-fitting lid protects the honey during storage and processing. The assembly forms a compact unit that combines the tank, heating system, agitator, discharge valve, and stand into a single piece of equipment.

Main advantages for the beekeeper:

  • Professional storage for up to 500 liters of honey.
  • Approximate capacity for about 700 kg of honey.
  • Adjustable heating to keep the honey fluid.
  • Electric stirrer to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

More about the brand

The company's origins trace back to the Lyson family's passion for beekeeping. Building on Marian Lyson's experience in manufacturing polystyrene beehives and the entrepreneurial drive of her grandson Tomasz, Przedsiebiorstwo Pszczelarskie “Lyson” was officially founded in 1995. It quickly became a pioneer in the development of modern beehives and equipment for professional beekeeping, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement of work in the apiary and extraction room.

Today, Lyson® combines large-scale production with a strong commitment to innovation: constant development of machinery (extractors, dispensers, creamers, uncapping machines, wax equipment, etc.), investment in new materials, and active participation in trade fairs such as Apimondia, where it has won numerous medals and awards. All of this is underpinned by core values ??such as responsibility, team commitment, close collaboration with beekeepers, honesty, and the ongoing search for practical solutions for daily work in the apiary.
