The LYSON 1000 liter honey ripener is designed to store, decant and transfer large quantities of honey in professional beekeeping operations, extraction rooms and packaging lines.

Its nominal capacity of 1000 liters allows it to store approximately 1400 kg of honey , combining the production of several extractions in a single tank. During the resting period, it encourages the rise of air bubbles, wax particles, and small impurities before filtering or packaging.

It is made of acid-resistant stainless steel , a hygienic, durable material suitable for contact with honey. The outer sheet has a mechanically polished finish that facilitates cleaning and maintenance.

The tank incorporates a conical bottom that directs the honey towards the lower outlet, facilitating a more complete discharge and reducing the amount of product that remains inside.

At the bottom, it features a 2-inch stainless steel ball valve with an approximate 60 mm external outlet. Its large diameter allows for quick honey transfer and connection of a compatible hose to supply pumps, filters, dosing systems, or other storage containers.

The integrated reinforced support is made of stainless steel and provides stability to the unit even when completely full. The working height facilitates access to the valve and the placement of containers or connections under the tank.

It is supplied with a stainless steel lid that protects the honey from dust and other contaminants present in the extraction room during decanting and storage.

Main advantages:

  • Large capacity for professional beekeeping operations.
  • Approximate storage capacity of up to 1400 kg of honey.
  • It promotes natural settling before packaging.
  • Conical bottom to facilitate complete unloading.
  • Reduces honey loss during emptying.
  • Large-bore stainless steel valve for quick transfer.
  • Possibility of connection to hoses and processing equipment.
  • Integrated, stable and reinforced support.
  • Hygienic and easy-to-clean stainless steel surface.
  • Lid included to protect stored honey.

This ripening unit is especially suitable for professional beekeepers who need to centralize large batches of freshly extracted honey, let them rest and then transfer them to filters, pumps, mixers, creamers or dosing machines.
