The LYSON Premium 1000 liter heated honey ripening tank is a professional tank designed to store, decant, thermally condition and transfer large quantities of honey in extraction rooms, cooperatives and packaging lines.
Its capacity allows it to hold approximately 1400 kg of honey , making it especially suitable for professional beekeeping operations that need to centralize large harvests before filtering, pumping or packaging.
During resting, small particles of wax, capping remains and air bubbles rise to the surface, promoting the natural clarification of the honey and facilitating its subsequent cleaning.
The tank is made of acid-resistant stainless steel , suitable for contact with food and designed to withstand intensive use in the honey room. Its polished exterior finish facilitates cleaning and maintenance.
The conical bottom directs the honey towards the lower outlet, allowing for more complete emptying and reducing the amount of product that remains inside the tank.
The heating jacket helps keep the honey fluid and makes it easier to work with thick or partially crystallized honey. The system has two LYSON HC-01 electronic controllers that independently regulate the lower and upper heating zones.
This configuration allows the use of only the lower zone, the upper zone, or both zones simultaneously, adapting the heating to the amount of honey stored and the needs of each process.
The temperature can be regulated between 30 and 55 °C . The controllers include a timer to program the operating time of the heating system.
The external level indicator allows you to visually check the amount of honey stored without opening the lid, making it easier to control during filling, decanting and emptying.
The 2-inch stainless steel ball valve allows for high-flow transfers. The outlet includes a fitting for connecting a hose with an outside diameter of approximately 60 mm.
The integrated support is made of steel and reinforced with a lower cross-braced structure. This construction provides stability to the tank and leaves sufficient space under the valve for connecting hoses, pumps, filters, or other containers.
The included stainless steel lid helps protect the honey from dust and other contaminants during storage and decanting.
