The LYSON 1,000 liter honey tank with agitator is designed to store, mix and homogenize large batches of honey in professional beekeeping operations, cooperatives, warehouses and extraction rooms with a high production volume.
Its approximate capacity of up to 1,400 kg of honey allows for combining different batches and obtaining a uniform mixture before settling, transferring, or packaging. The electric agitator helps to equalize the consistency, color, and overall characteristics of the honey in the tank.
It is made of polished stainless steel , which is durable, hygienic, and suitable for contact with food. Its finish facilitates cleaning and allows the equipment to remain in good condition during continuous use in the extraction room.
The agitator is powered by a 1.1 kW electric motor . Its slow and steady movement allows large quantities of honey to be processed without excessive agitation, promoting gradual homogenization of the entire contents.
The transparent plexiglass lid allows you to visually monitor the mixing process without opening the tank. It is mounted on four plastic hinges and has a stainless steel knob for easy opening.
As a safety measure, it incorporates a limit switch that automatically stops the motor when the lid is lifted, reducing the risk of accidental contact with the stirring system.
The conical bottom directs the honey towards the lower outlet, helping to empty the tank and reducing the amount of product that remains inside.
The discharge is carried out via a 2-inch stainless steel ball valve . The outlet fitting, with an approximate outer diameter of 60 mm, allows a hose to be connected to transfer the honey to pumps, dosing systems, auxiliary tanks, or packaging containers.
The support is integrated into the assembly itself and reinforced by a cross-bracing structure. This design provides stability during filling, mixing, and emptying, even when the tank is operating near its maximum capacity.
