The LYSON 1,000 liter honey tank with agitator and heating jacket is designed to store, heat and homogenize large quantities of honey in professional beekeeping operations, cooperatives, warehouses and extraction rooms with high production.
Its capacity allows it to process approximately 1,400 kg of honey , depending on the product's density and temperature. The tank is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, suitable for food contact and designed for intensive use.
This equipment combines in a single machine the functions of storing, heating, mixing and discharging honey , facilitating the preparation of large batches before pumping, transferring or packaging.
The heating jacket is divided into two independent zones . Each zone has a 1.1 kW heating element and its own temperature controller, allowing you to heat only the bottom, the top, or the entire tank.
The operating temperature can be regulated between 30 and 55 °C . This controlled heating helps keep the honey fluid, facilitates its handling, and improves mixing and pouring operations.
The 1.1 kW electric stirrer allows for homogenizing the honey, mixing different batches, and distributing the temperature more evenly throughout the tank.
The conical bottom directs the honey towards the outlet, reducing the amount of product that may be retained inside and facilitating the emptying and cleaning of the equipment.
The discharge is carried out by means of a ball valve with a 60 mm diameter connection , suitable for transferring, filling containers or connecting a honey pump.
The tank incorporates a transparent methacrylate lid mounted on four hinges. This lid allows observation of the interior during operation and facilitates access for cleaning and maintenance.
As a safety measure, it has a safety microswitch that automatically stops the agitator when the lid is lifted , preventing the blades from continuing to operate while the tank remains open.
The external level indicator allows you to visually check the approximate amount of honey stored without having to open the lid.
The unit is mounted on an integrated support reinforced by a crossbar , made of 3 mm thick sheet metal. Its structure provides stability during heating and mixing, even when the tank is full.
The height of the stand leaves enough space under the valve to place containers, connect pipes, or install a transfer pump.

More about the brand
The company's origins trace back to the Lyson family's passion for beekeeping. Building on Marian Lyson's experience in manufacturing polystyrene beehives and the entrepreneurial drive of her grandson Tomasz, Przedsiebiorstwo Pszczelarskie “Lyson” was officially founded in 1995. It quickly became a pioneer in the development of modern beehives and equipment for professional beekeeping, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement of work in the apiary and extraction room.
Today, Lyson® combines large-scale production with a strong commitment to innovation: constant development of machinery (extractors, dispensers, creamers, uncapping machines, wax equipment, etc.), investment in new materials, and active participation in trade fairs such as Apimondia, where it has won numerous medals and awards. All of this is underpinned by core values ??such as responsibility, team commitment, close collaboration with beekeepers, honesty, and the ongoing search for practical solutions for daily work in the apiary.
A brand designed for those seeking modern, reliable solutions backed by decades of beekeeping experience.
