Ripener built in 18/10 stainless steel with lid, filter and plastic guillotine-type valve and with a capacity of up to 50 kilos in honey.
The valve is threaded into a 1 1/2 inch steel sleeve welded to the ripener body.
With special filter for all fittings also made of stainless steel included.
