Honey ripener constructed of 18/10 stainless steel with a lid, filter, and plastic guillotine-type valve, with a capacity of up to 60 kilos of honey.
The valve is threaded into a 1.5-inch steel sleeve welded to the ripener body.
A special stainless steel filter is included throughout the fitting.
