Transparent ripener for 50 kilos of honey in a capacity with heating in the bottom.
Composed of a stainless steel base, a stainless steel lid, the food-grade polycarbonate body and an inch and a half guillotine faucet.
The resistance is a thermostatic adhesive resistance at 30°C in 230V, with an adhesive heating element diameter of 249 mm, 90 W.
For cleaning, hot water is enough to remove any honey residue and dry well before using it again.
Ideal for selling honey since heating keeps it liquid.
