Heated ripener made of stainless steel sheet with a capacity of 200 kilos with handles.
With double chamber, bain-marie at 2000W-220v with automatic thermostat from 0 to 80ºC.
With stainless steel ball valve of an inch and a half (1 1/2") for the honey outlet.
Heated with water in the resistance compartment up to the level, half-inch valve for water drainage.

Form of use:

• Fill with water through the filling valve up to the overflow level outlet.
• Connect to the 220V network.
• Adjust temperature with water thermostat.
