Honey mixer adaptable to different diameters and heights. It adapts up to a 400kg ripener and also in a standard 300kg drum of honey.
This mixer is used to prevent the honey from taking on a too hard structure once the crystallization process has started, thus obtaining a pasty honey that is easy to spread.
