The professional honey crusher consists of a stainless steel propeller that allows cold crystallized honey to be torn apart.
The scraping allows to put the honey to the state of paste, thanks to this scraper, the honey becomes pasty and can later be melted quickly to obtain a liquid honey, that is, it can melt at low temperatures in just a few hours, which produces a liquid honey without increasing the level of HMF.
It can also be tuned by this mixer to become creamy, i.e. cream honey.
This honey crusher was specially conceived to decrystallize cold honey and to produce from creamy honey.
