The professional honey grinder consists of a stainless steel propeller that allows the breaking up of cold-crystallized honey.
Scraping allows the honey to become a paste. Thanks to this scraper, the honey becomes pasty and can later be quickly melted to obtain liquid honey. This means it can be melted at low temperatures in just a few hours, producing liquid honey without increasing the HMF level. It
can also be refined by this mixer to become creamy, i.e., cream honey.
This honey grinder was specifically designed to cold-decrystallize honey and produce cream honey.
