Honey mixer adaptable to a 30-liter plastic honey bucket with a capacity of approximately 40 kilos of honey.
This mixer is used to prevent the honey from becoming too hard once the crystallization process has begun, thus obtaining a pasty, easy-to-spread honey. It is
also suitable for preparing creamy honey.
This mixer consists of a single-phase gear motor (36 rpm), a support, a propeller, a crossbar, etc.
It is secured to the edge of the bucket by means of knob-shaped screws.
