It is made of stainless steel with prefiltration and honey filtration, with a decantation tank with a capacity of 70 kilos.
With two vertical filters integrated inside, thicker and finer.
Approximate diameter: 40 cm, approximate height: 44 cm.
Peut également être utilisé as a maturer to refill the pots in withdrawing the filters.

Mode of use:
The filter is filled with honey just in the upper vane, the coarse filter retains the particles of the coarsest cire, the final filter retains the particles of the lightest cire.
The light particles rest on the surface after the filter ends.
With the upper vanne, on you can see the particles of cire the plus ends with honey, with the lower vanne, on you can recover the proper honey.
