Lyson Premium capping press with a capacity of up to 50 kg/h, made of acid-resistant stainless steel, compact, efficient and easy to transport, works using a worm screw and a perforated cylinder driven by a powerful motor with variable frequency drive and speed control.

The machine is designed to separate the honey and mechanically press the capped honey. This process takes place inside a perforated cylinder, where a rotating separation and pressing module compresses the honey. It passes through the openings between a separator shaft and a perforated steel plate, and drains onto a sieve located below.

The remaining wax is displaced and pressed by a screw inside the extruder, and then expelled to the outside.

This auger press can also be used in the food industry as a fruit press.
