Electric immersion heater for decrystallizing standard 300 kg honey drums.
With a diameter of 480 millimeters and a total power of 1500 Watts.
Equipped with a digital thermostat for temperature regulation; the optimal temperature setting is 42 °C to preserve the properties of honey.
Temperature adjustment range: 30–80 °C. Each heating cycle consists of three steps. For each step, the duration and the stabilized temperature value are defined. Once the cycle is completed (after the total defined time has passed), the controller switches off. The decrystallization duration ranges from 1 to 96 hours.
