Electric immersion heater for decrystallizing honey drums ranging from 100 to 200 kilograms depending on diameter.
With a diameter of 330 millimeters and a total power output of 1000 Watts.
Equipped with a digital thermostat for temperature regulation; the optimal temperature to maintain is 42 °C to preserve the properties of the honey.
Temperature adjustment range: 30–80 °C. Each heating cycle consists of three steps. For each step, both the duration and stabilized temperature value are defined. Once the cycle is complete (after the total defined time has passed), the controller switches off automatically. The decrystallization process takes between 1 and 96 hours.
