New flexible electric heater type Ecomel, Apidroches version, 14 meter long model, made of food grade silicone that allows low temperature heat to be applied to any small or medium container with honey, in order to melt it without affecting its properties.
It is a resistance to put directly in contact with the honey since it is manufactured in food grade, being able to melt or keep at a temperature.
It is made of silicone food cable, it is put into the spiral honey container, it does not have a thermostat.
Constant temperature at 45ºC, that is to say, fixed thermostat.
Approximate cable length 14 meters.
Valid for all types of containers (steel, plastic, etc).

Description:
This electrical device is a clean, economical and definitive solution for the smooth melting of honey without affecting its organoleptic qualities and quality.
The strict control of the temperature by means of a special system in its construction and due to the characteristics of the materials allows a slow, precise and controlled melting of any quantity of honey.
Due to its physical structure, it adapts to any container and due to its non-toxic materials, it can be used directly in contact with honey.
It is a flexible resistance, this allows the resistance to be perfectly adapted to any container, whether metal or plastic.
It is a very useful element applied to the uncapping tray and in honey decanters or ripeners.

Instructions for use:
Before using the device in honey, place it in a container with water and neutral soap.
Connect it to 220v, let it warm up for 20 minutes and rinse.
The resistance heats up the entire stretch covered with food grade silicone.
It is important that the two bulbs at the ends are introduced into the honey to ensure perfect operation and temperature control.
If we are going to melt a whole drum, place the resistance on the surface of the honey in an exhalation or zigzag pattern to maximize the contact surface.
Once the honey is melted, it is not advisable to keep the device on as it would increase the level of HMF in the honey.
It can be used in all types of containers: plastic, steel, glass, etc.
When finished using it, it should be cleaned, rinsed with lukewarm water and stored rolled up as it is presented at the factory.
In honeys with very little thermal conductivity (heather, berry), it will be necessary to superimpose a weight or grid that allows the progressive sinking of the resistance in the honey as it melts.

Precautions:
Do not damage, cut, or deteriorate the silicone protection, if the honey penetrates inside the device it will end up breaking down and stop working correctly.
It is a delicate device, it must be treated with care so that its components do not suffer and it has a long operating life.
