Pollen cleaner for semi-professional beekeepers with conveyor belt and two trolleys with wheels, complete.
Pollen is sieved through a vibrating perforated tray with 1 and 2 millimeter holes.
At the outlet a fan removes the wings of the bees and the pollen dust.
Pollen falls to two trays cleaner than the first tray.
Conveyor belt with stainless steel structure and material belt in food quality.
The sieve, belt and two support trays with wheels are supplied together.

Process:
1-In the first step, the pollen is thrown into the stainless steel vibrating screen, where dirt and pollen dust is cleaned.
2-During the second stage, the pollen is conducted on an internal screening mechanism, where it separates bee wings, legs and other debris that are separated from the pollen grains.
3-During the third step, the pollen is transported through the conveyor belt where the user must clean the last impurities with a pneumatic vacuum cleaner (requires a compressed air compressor with filter and air regulator not included).
4-The pollen and it is clean and falls to a plastic tray through the belt.
