A 30-kilogram pollen dryer made of stainless steel is equipped with an automatic safety switch that protects against pollen overheating (RESET). This protection cuts off the power supply to the device when the temperature exceeds 75°C.
Pollen should be dried at a temperature of 35–40°C (it is important that the pollen not overheat, as, like honey, it loses its properties at temperatures above 40°C).

Pollen intended for drying should be placed on stainless steel trays. It is recommended to stir the pollen layers several times a day, especially in the initial drying phase.
The pollen drying process takes 1 to 3 days, depending on humidity. Properly dried pollen forms hard, dry granules that cannot be broken up with the fingers. The water content in dried pollen should not exceed 6%.
After drying, the pollen should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
The device consists of:
