The LYSON HE-02N Classic digital controller is designed to control compatible LYSON electric honey extractors, allowing you to regulate the speed, extraction time and direction of basket rotation.
This automatic control panel facilitates progressive extraction, adapted to the type of extractor, the frame load, and the characteristics of the honey. It can be installed on radial extractors and reversible extractors with compatible cassettes.
Manual and automatic programs:
In the automatic programs, you can configure the total cycle duration, maximum speed, and direction of rotation. The controller automatically calculates the different extraction phases, dividing the cycle into four or six progressive stages.
This operation allows starting at a low speed and gradually increasing it, reducing stress on the honeycombs and helping to prevent breakage of the frames during spinning.

The controller checks the status of the safety features before starting the extractor. If the cover is open or the emergency stop button is activated, the unit remains locked until the problem is resolved.

The HE-02N Classic model is used in different LYSON radial and cassette extractors, generally with diameters between 720 and 1200 mm , depending on the motor power and the electrical configuration of the equipment.
This product is the version designed for mounting on the extractor fan leg. Before ordering, it is essential to verify the extractor fan model, the original controller reference, the motor's power and voltage, the connection type, the safety sensors, and the mounting location.
Matching the extractor diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility. The controller must be supplied configured for the specific extractor model on which it will be installed.
Installation, configuration or replacement must be carried out by technically qualified personnel , respecting the manufacturer's electrical diagram and always working with the extractor disconnected from the mains.
