Backing tube and holder serves to hold the queen during insemination.
Formed by two pieces, the back piece with its cap (backrest) and the front piece finished in a cone (holder).
The back piece is known as the back tube and the front piece as the support tube .

How to use:
Take the queen and first put the queen head forward in the backing tube and then put the support tube so that the queen enters it by moving backwards.
Now you can place the tube holder over the carbon dioxide valve for anesthesia.
