Special domes that go in one piece with the clamp-type support and all made of plastic.
It is attached directly to the wooden slat.
This dome carries the support, pad and dome.
Forget about nailing or screwing the brackets, this dome is much more comfortable.
Green domes are also sold separately.
It is not compatible with protector SUCRIA_017 since it has a smaller diameter, but it can be made compatible by turning several times with tape until the diameter of said protector increases.
