Ceiling feeder for core with a capacity of 3.5 to 4 kilos depending on the density of the supplied bee food, valid for langstroth and dadant models.
Similar to the hive feeder but designed for core core.
This feeder is the latest in food for small colonies. With plug for draining.
The syrup container is insulated from the inside of the hive by two flaps on both sides of the feeder.
It sits on top of the core, under the lid, and on top of the frames. This feeder covers the frames and has the bee entrances on the side.
Among its advantages is that it isolates the interior of the hive from the external temperature as well as being super efficient to feed the colony.
Bees can take food from both sides. It does not need paraffin to be sealed like wood, to be made of plastic.
They avoid pillage since the food is far from the hole. Valid for cores of 5 and 6 frames.
Available loose and in boxes of 65 units.

Note: The core to be placed on the feeder must be level and the wooden surface as flat and clean as possible.

It also serves to feed solid food, apifonda type, for this you just have to remove the plugs so that the bees can climb.
