Plate closure hook made of tempered steel strip and later zinc plated, also called "easy opener" in colloquial language by beekeepers.
It is a quick closure of the lid for hives and transhumance-type cores since it tightens the lid and the band or ring characteristic of this type of hives.
It can also be used for rear sight closing but by placing a single screw that acts as an axis to be able to turn it.
