Layens frame separator tool.
Spacer apidroches 3 layens frames.
Tool made of stainless steel, very useful to separate the three frames from the ends in a 12-frame layens hive to which we have left only 11 frames.
It has been shown that a layens hive of 12 frames if we leave only 11 frames of which 5 in the center are the brood chamber which we do not touch and the 3 frames at each end with their proper separation can have more honey than if the hive has 12 frames.
Additionally, the queen is less likely to lay eggs in these three extreme frames.
