It is a sheet 38 millimeters wide and in lengths of 460 or 471 millimeters, with 9.3 mm diameter holes through which the bees enter and exit without much difficulty and which prevent the entry of beetles and mice.
This hive protector is great for autumn and winter when mice seek shelter, then in spring it can be removed.
This little plate is placed in the English-type hive overlapping the holes at the exit of the hive.
It is screwed with a nail or a screw through the 2.5mm diameter holes and remains fixed in the hive. Supplied per unit.
