Bee bread is made up of a nutrient-rich mixture of honey and pollen that bees store in their combs.
To extract the bread, the wax combs must be frozen and then the separation is very easy after going through the machine.
It can be crushed about 1 to 1.5 kilos and then the excess wax can be separated through the rack of the bee bread by manual screening.
After processing, the bee bread must be dried in a pollen dryer for 2-3 days at 42ºC.
