Apifonda is a food for use in beekeeping used by European beekeepers for about 50 years and presented in paste in one kilo bags and boxes of 12 bags.
It can be said that it is one of the oldest and best foods on the market.
The paste contains very fine crystals covered by a light film of dissolved sugars.
This film prevents the crystals from growing together or sticking together. For this very reason, Apifonda is effortlessly assimilated by the bees and absorbed by their pharynx.

It is a solid food paste with a spectrum of specific sugars for the bee and its main component being sucrose.
