It is a tray with dimensions 350x500mm that is placed in the hive on the wooden base under the frames and is used to check or control the amount of varroa that has fallen after a treatment against it.
As it is gridded with 13 columns and 16 rows (from A to letter P), it is easier to control the varroa drop after a treatment.
Made of 0.5 millimeter thick pvc and squares with black ink.
