For shipments by Post it is required that the packages weigh no more than 20 kg. and do not exceed 1 meter in any of its measurements. The weights of some of our products are not yet updated, so we will contact you if there is any incompatibility in your order to proceed with this type of shipment.
The shipping amount will be charged to your invoice, depending on the weight of the package. With this system, you will receive a notice from the Post Office so that you can pick up your package at the Post Office closest to your home. The delivery time for any package sent by the Post Office does not depend on The Apidroches Store, but we estimate it between 5 and 20 business days.
We also offer the option of shipments by the transport agency MRW, ETC, with a delivery time between 1 and 3 business days and for more bulky or heavy transport with agencies such as TXT, TRADISCOR, ETC. Likewise, the amount of the shipment will be charged on the invoice, and in this case, it depends on the weight and the destination.
Shipments outside of Spain will be studied individually to offer at all times the most appropriate formula adapted to the client's needs.
All merchandise travels at the buyer's risk and expense. In case of delay, loss or damage, the buyer will make the corresponding claim to the carrier, which in the case of Correos, may not be until at least 20 business days have passed from the shipment's departure, and in SEUR OR MRW it may be made at day after shipment.
